The Text & conText Lab, a Center for Creativity/University Library System partnership on the Third Floor of Hillman Library, provides an active environment for the creation, manipulation, and/or disassembly of text, including papermaking, bookbinding, and more!
When completed in late 2024, updates will include: Expanded and updated bathrooms and elevators, a new light-filled atrium entrance, a Media Lab "blackbox" light and sound-controlled audio and video production suite of spaces, and a centrally located help & information desk and a Pitt IT/ULS Computer Lab.There will be some noise and disruption, for which we apologize.
